We have confirmed that this incident has been resolved. Our engineering team has completed the backfill, and the missing transaction data is now appearing in GoFundMe Pro Manager.

Monitoring

Cloudflare has indicated a resolution to their incident which affected page loads across GoFundMe Pro Manager and campaign pages between 00:47-01:12am PST. We have since seen stabilization across all of our services and will continue to monitor our performance.

During this time recurring donations continued to process as expected, but we are seeing a delay in transaction data displaying in GoFundMe Pro Manager and integrated CRMs. Our engineering team is working to backfill these logs as soon as possible and we anticipate this to be complete later today.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a reported outage with a 3rd party vendor Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/) between approximately 00:47am-1:12amPST which impacted access to campaign pages, GoFundMe Pro Manager and one time donations. Our platform has returned to normal operations but we are continuing to monitor impacted services.
